Founded in 2009 by Elena Kyprianou in Nicosia, Cyprus, our boutique studio was created as a sanctuary for those seeking balance, strength, and restoration. At The Point, we offer an escape from everyday stress and bring the transformative power of Pilates into your life.

 

We are dedicated to helping you address physical challenges, ease discomfort, and enhance your overall health. Through personalized attention in a serene, minimal environment, every session is thoughtfully designed to support your well-being, improve alignment, and promote a healthier, more harmonious body.

Elena Kyprianou

Studio Founder – Point Pilates Studio | Pilates Instructor

From a very young age, Elena showed a natural love and talent for dance and athletics. She became a rhythmic gymnast for the National Team of Cyprus, earning numerous awards both locally and internationally.

 

She continued her dance studies in New York City at the renowned Alvin Ailey Dance Theater and later advanced her training in the UK, participating in several professional productions. During her time in London, Elena also earned her Pilates certification.

 

In 2007, she returned to Cyprus and founded The Point Pilates & Dance Center. As a director and an experienced expert in body movement, Elena believes that balance, strength, and overall well-being are essential for achieving both physical and mental harmony.

Elisavet Neoptolemou

Pilates Instructor

Elisavet holds a degree in Sports Science and a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management. With a strong academic foundation and a passion for human movement, she brings a thoughtful, informed approach to every session.

 

She is a certified Pilates instructor with additional specialization in rehabilitation, working confidently with pregnant women, older adults, and individuals recovering from injuries or managing chronic discomfort. Her method focuses on safe, precise movement patterns that build strength, alignment, and confidence.

 

From 2019 to 2025, Elisavet gained extensive experience in a fitness and wellness center, training clients of all ages and fitness levels. Through this journey, she developed a deep understanding of functional movement, personalized instruction, and supportive coaching—skills she now brings to The Point to help each client feel stronger, balanced, and empowered.
